A tale of horror, love, life issues, and most importantly, two boys working out their frustrated teenage hormones on each other!
Awfully vague, isn't it? I have to admit, this comic isn't a comic in the comedic sense. It's a comic in the sense that it updates on a bi-weekly basis (Mondays and Fridays), much like a comic in a newspaper, and there are plenty of those that aren't very funny. So don't be expecting all that much humor. I honestly will try to make some bits a little funnier, but while my tongue is sharp, my wit is lacking. Either that or my view of what's funny is different from what other people's views are. Everything always seems funnier in my head.
BA (Black Angel) is a rather dark story. I had originally intended it to be purely horror. And it was. Until Ian popped up. I raged at him for a while but then I decided he was way cuter than Davie, and now he's my baby. So now it's a supernatural/romance/horror story.
I'm not going to hide it from you. I want it known from the start that Davie and Ian WILL FALL IN LOVE. This is a shounen-ai (boy/boy love) story, so if you have problems with it, get over it!
Aubrey: Self-Titled
Black Angel is not the only comic that is going to appear on this site. Most of my comics have definite endings. When Black Angel ends, another comic will appear.
One of the comics to appear next (in no special order) is Aubrey: Self-Titled. This is a much brighter comic compared to Black Angel, even though it still has it's fair share of angst. AST (Aubrey: Self-Titled) is pure romance, with quite a bit of fluff thrown in for good measure. It also deals with transexuality.
Aubrey is an MTF (male-to-female). This is a story about how he (he's not a she yet) discovers that he's not just a crossdresser. It follows him for a few months through family troubles until he finds himself in love.
Penguin Chica
Penguin Chica (or PC) is a short story of soul-searching in the big city (don't ask me which city, I don't have a clue). When Beaky spots two human environmentalists, her penguin life seems bleak and empty. So she wishes she was a human. But as the age-old saying goes: be careful what you wish for, it may come true. With magic and good old-fashioned fun, this comic is set for the whole family.
D/C
Ah, D/C. This is a lovely story. More boy-loving. Well, what did you expect from me? At any rate, it starts out silly but gets real serious real fast. This is a story about David and Charlie (but mostly Charlie, as he's one of my babies). God I love them. This little story is so heart-rendering. I almost cried when I discovered it. More on it later.
